July 16, 2012
Recorded March 25, 2012
Dr Robert Califf conducts a series of in-depth and personal interviews with his peers in the world of cardiology to find out what makes them tick, how they feel about the future, and what lessons they have learned during their exceptional careers.
Dr Paul Ridker's life and career have led him around the world. He talks about when his parents followed the Beatles to India, how his first appearance in the New England Journal of Medicine was as a patient, and how he went from studying furniture design at the Rhode Island School of Design to becoming a cardiologist.
